Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spray Foam Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation in various residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices and the ability to work effectively with a variety of materials and tools. Duties

Prepare job sites by ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available.
Apply spray foam insulation to walls, roofs, attics, and other areas as specified in project plans.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets industry standards.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any potential issues.

Skills
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

Proficiency in using power tools and equipment related to insulation installation.
Knowledge of drywall, masonry, trim carpentry, and stucco applications.
Familiarity with construction estimating techniques.
Ability to read and interpret schematics for accurate installation.
Experience with airless paint spraying is a plus.
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Minimum 2 year experience
