Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technical programs across multiple projects. This role involves guiding technical teams, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and working closely with customers to ensure program success from initiation through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional technical teams to define and execute programs.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor program progress, risks, and changes in scope, making informed recommendations.
- Engage with customers to manage expectations and align on product goals.
- Prepare and present program updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong business case for each program, including commercial, technical, and manufacturing considerations.
- Oversee product testing and evaluation to confirm technical and business objectives are met.
- Protect intellectual property and ensure compliance with company processes.
Required Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering (Optical, Mechanical, or related) or equivalent experience; Associate’s degree with relevant experience considered.
- 5–7+ years of experience managing technical programs with proven success.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to define, prioritize, and defend project milestones.
