Job Description: Project Manager
Location: 200 Park Ave, New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days in office: Tuesday–Thursday)
Contract Length: 6 months
Overview
This role supports the execution of a digital experience initiative within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The Project Manager will partner closely with the Senior CX Strategist to coordinate efforts across three active workstreams aimed at accelerating digital value creation.
You will play a key role in ensuring teams remain aligned, progress is transparent, and deliverables are completed on time. This position requires strong collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to maintain momentum and drive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Project Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor project milestones and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Develop and maintain centralized project plans
- Track deliverables against timelines and proactively flag risks or delays
- Prepare weekly status reports highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions
Meeting Cadence & Execution
- Schedule and facilitate weekly project meetings with core team members
- Drive structured agendas and productive discussions
- Capture meeting notes and ensure clear documentation of action items
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Ensure follow-through on action items with accountability and adherence to timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and consolidate materials
- Support alignment and communication across teams
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven experience facilitating meetings and driving clear outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in project coordination (digital experience), business analysis, team leadership, or administrative roles
- Foundational understanding of project management frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Figma or Miro
- Marketing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale or transformation initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
