Seeking full-time Assistant Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer to join our construction team on Oahu.

Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the management of construction projects.

Duties include, but are not limited to project management, contract administration, personnel management, scheduling, cost reporting, forecasting, payment applications, change proposals, requests for information, purchasing, submittal review, quality control, owner relations, safety, project start-up and close-out, and field engineering.

Minimum three to five years of experience in commercial, residential and/or institutional building construction projects. Proficiency in MS Project, Outlook, Excel, and Word. College degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field preferred.
