We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Jacksonville facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, shipping and receiving, staff supervision, and maintaining an efficient and safe warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and workflow
- Supervise warehouse staff, scheduling, and productivity
- Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock organization
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with inventory systems and warehouse operations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Forklift experience or certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
