High-End Residential Project Manager

JBJ Renovations is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects, including full gut renovations and custom builds.

This role involves managing projects from pre-construction through completion and coordinating between clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams. It is a hybrid position, combining on-site project management with office / remote-based work.

Key Responsibilities

Manage high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion
Oversee day-to-day project operations and keep all moving parts progressing smoothly
Coordinate schedules, sequencing, and logistics across trades, vendors, and internal teams
Serve as a main point of contact for clients, architects, and designers throughout the project
Lead meetings, provide regular updates, and manage expectations across all stakeholders
Oversee subcontractors and field teams to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and site expectations are met
Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders
Track and communicate changes to project scope, schedule, and cost throughout the life of the project
Assist with budget tracking, cost control, and change order review and management
Coordinate material deliveries and lead times to support project schedules and avoid delays
Conduct regular site visits and walkthroughs to maintain a high standard of finish quality
Identify issues early, implement practical solutions, and oversee punch list completion through final delivery

What We’re Looking For

3–7+ years of experience in residential construction project management
Experience working on high-end or luxury residential projects
Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and site management
Confident managing clients and maintaining strong communication
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Experience coordinating subcontractors and project teams
Familiarity with software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar (preferred)
