Job Title: Enlisted Sailor
Location: Various (onboard ships, submarines, naval bases, overseas deployments)
Reports to: Superior Officers and Commanding Officers
Job Summary:A Navy service member is responsible for protecting national security through maritime operations, defending territorial waters, conducting combat and humanitarian missions, and maintaining naval equipment. Depending on the role, duties may include navigation, engineering, aviation, medical services, intelligence, cybersecurity, logistics, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and repair naval equipment, vessels, and weapons systems
- Conduct maritime patrols, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions
- Engage in combat and defense strategies when required
- Navigate and maneuver ships and submarines
- Support humanitarian aid, disaster relief, and peacekeeping missions
- Gather intelligence and analyze threats to national security
- Provide healthcare and medical services in naval hospitals or aboard ships
- Perform engineering, mechanical, and technical maintenance
- Manage logistics, supply chains, and transportation of military goods
- Ensure cybersecurity and protect classified information
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $98,806.00 per year
