We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to support the growing demands of our U.S. logistics operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with North American supply chain teams, 3PL partners, and warehouse providers to ensure the efficient execution of both inbound and outbound shipments. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role suited to someone with a strong operational mindset, solid logistics experience, and the drive to grow within a fast-paced, international supply chain environment.
Transportation & Shipment Coordination:
- Coordinate daily with U.S.-based 3PLs, carriers, and warehouse partners to manage FTL (Full Truckload) and LTL (Less-than-Truckload) shipments
- Track ocean freight and inland transportation, providing real-time updates and ensuring system accuracy
- Monitor order readiness and schedule timely pickups and delivery appointments with customer distribution centers
- Maintain visibility of inbound and outbound shipments, proactively identifying and mitigating risks
Compliance & Documentation:
- Prepare and manage import/export documentation in compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations
- Prepare, validate, and submit ASNs (Advance Ship Notices) in line with customer and retailer compliance requirements
Freight & Cost Management:
- Request, compare, and analyze ocean freight and inland transport rates to support cost-effective decision-making
- Review and approve freight invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Systems, Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate data across systems including NetSuite, Google Sheets, and internal tracking tools
- Support OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance tracking and contribute to vendor scorecard initiatives
