Incident Management Lead
Position Overview
Leads enterprise incident response operations, coordinating detection, containment, eradication, and recovery efforts.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead incident response activities across enterprise systems
· Develop and maintain Incident Response Plans and SOPs
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during incidents
· Conduct penetration testing and adversary emulation
· Produce incident reports, after-action reports, and executive briefings
· Support threat intelligence sharing and coordination
· Drive improvements to incident response capabilities
· Ensure compliance with federal incident handling requirements
Required Qualifications
· Master’s degree in cybersecurity or related field
· 10+ years cybersecurity experience
· 5+ years leading incident response teams
· CEH, ECSA, or LPT certifications required
· Experience with malware analysis and forensics
· Strong leadership and crisis response skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs of similar size and complexity
- Experience with enterprise-scale environments and cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience supporting audits, compliance, and federal reporting
Clearance Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen; Public Trust or higher clearance required.
Work Environment
Hybrid role based in Alexandria, VA. Initial 30 days onsite, followed by 2–3 days onsite per week.
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
