- Perform comprehensive mold remediation and fire damage cleanup to restore safe living environments.
- Operate specialized restoration equipment to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and digital records to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Provide clear, empathetic communication to property owners throughout the recovery process.
- Collaborate with field crews to meet project deadlines and maintain high service standards.
- Uphold rigorous safety protocols and industry-standard best practices on every job site.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in restoration, construction, or property maintenance.
- Physical capability to handle heavy equipment and navigate diverse work environments.
- Valid driver's license with reliable personal transportation.
