What You’ll Be Doing:

Building high-end custom homes and renovations alongside an experienced crew
Performing framing, siding, interior trim, and detailed finishing work
Reading and interpreting blueprints with accuracy
Using hand and power tools with precision and care
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site
Taking ownership of your projects and delivering top-quality results

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

Bring 5+ years of carpentry experience (framing, finishing, siding, etc.)
Can lift up to 65 lbs and work at heights up to 35 feet
Are confident in construction math (geometry, fractions, measurements)
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Can pass a background check and drug screening
Show up with a positive attitude, ready to learn, lead, and deliver exceptional work

Bonus Points For:

Supervising or mentoring other carpenters
Comfort with tablets or digital tools for project tracking
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Natural problem-solving skills and attention to detail
