Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Territory Retail Manager to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop foundational management and marketing skills while contributing to strategic business growth. You will support various marketing initiatives, assist in business development efforts, and help optimize retail processes to drive sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing retail marketing strategies that align with company goals
- Recruit Retail Marketers ,Conduct Initial Training, Motivate Retail Marketers
- Schedule Staff, Maintain Store Silent Lead Program, Facilitate weekly conference calls for the district
- Support management in planning promotional campaigns and in-store events
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities
- Collaborate on project management tasks related to process improvements and sales initiatives
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and recommend actionable insights for growth
Market Coverage
- Stores included in the market: Palatka, Palm Coast, Daytona, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, Lake Mary, Casselberry, Oviedo, Altamonte Springs, Winter Park.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in management, marketing, and retail operations
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Basic understanding of strategic planning and project management principles
- Ability to supervise team members effectively and motivate others
- Knowledge of profit & loss concepts and sales strategies is a plus
- Prior experience in retail or business development is advantageous but not required
- Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and contribute proactively to team success

Pay: $52,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
