Texans On Mission is seeking a mission-minded Associate Director of Volunteers to help grow volunteer involvement and church partnerships across Texas. This role focuses on three key areas: supporting trainings, engaging churches, and increasing volunteer participation in ministry opportunities, including Disaster Relief, Water Impact, Builders, and Missions & Discipleship. Working alongside the Director of Volunteers/Volunteer Coordinator, this person will build relationships with pastors and ministry leaders, promote trainings and service opportunities, connect people to the mission and vision of Texans On Mission, and help strengthen systems for volunteer recruitment, connection, and retention. This is an ideal opportunity for a relational leader who loves ministry, networking, and helping people find meaningful ways to serve.
Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
