The Role: Commercial Journeyman Roofer
We are adding experienced Commercial Journeyman Roofers to our field team. This role is for professionals who take pride in their work, show up ready to perform, and want stability, growth, and respect in their trade.
You’ll work on well-planned commercial projects with strong leadership, clear expectations, and a company that invests in safety, training, and long-term advancement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform high-quality commercial roofing work on re-roofs and select new construction
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including:
- BUR (Built-Up Roofing)
- TPO, PVC, EPDM
- Metal roofing
- Shingles (as applicable)
- Execute details correctly the first time — penetrations, edges, terminations, flashings
- Follow job-specific safety plans and company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with foremen and project leadership
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Take ownership of your work and help the crew succeed

- Strong understanding of commercial roofing details and sequencing
