We are seeking a Water Damage Technician to respond to water loss emergencies and perform mitigation services in the field. This role is hands-on and critical to protecting property, preventing further damage, and delivering excellent service to our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Perform water mitigation and extraction services
- Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, cabinetry)
- Set up, monitor, and adjust drying equipment
- Follow proper drying and remediation procedures
- Install containment and maintain clean, safe job sites
- Load/unload equipment and properly stage job sites
- Document work with photos, notes, and job logs using mobile apps
- Complete job cleanup and equipment breakdown
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics) and at heights
- Available for on-call/after-hours emergency response
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Clear background check
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
