Are you someone who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and enjoys keeping critical operations running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Tool Coordinator I to support major wind energy construction projects across the country.
In this role, you’ll be a key part of the on-site team responsible for managing tooling, inventory, logistics, and construction support operations that help bring utility-scale wind farms online. If you have experience in inventory control, SAP, construction support, or wind energy operations, this is a great opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing industries in the world.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Manage tooling and inventory operations from site setup through project close-out
✔ Coordinate shipping, receiving, tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation of tools/equipment
✔ Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and other systems
✔ Support Construction Managers and Lead Technicians with daily project needs
✔ Process Goods Receipts (GRs), delivery notes, purchase requests, and tooling documentation
✔ Track shortages, damaged tools, and tooling expenditures
✔ Support return logistics for turbine shipping fixtures and component containers
✔ Participate in daily safety meetings and maintain compliance with all site safety standards
✔ Collaborate with field teams, warehouse operations, and project leadership to keep projects moving efficiently
✅ What We’re Looking For
🔹 3+ years of experience in wind construction support, logistics, inventory control, or field operations
🔹 Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
🔹 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
🔹 Comfortable working independently in remote project environments
🔹 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
🔹 LEAN/process improvement experience is a plus
🔹 Valid driver’s license required
