Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Logistics Coordinator role based in Plano, TX. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day logistics operations. This includes maintaining communication with customers and carriers, managing inventory systems, and ensuring supply chain efficiency. The individual will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver operational excellence and meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and supply chain management skills with an ability to assess operations and implement efficient solutions.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience in inventory management and related logistics processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in logistics or transportation software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
