Full-Time Logistics Coordinator to join our growing pharmacy team. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely deliveries, inventory coordination, route management, and communication between pharmacy staff, drivers, and facilities.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and has strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily pharmacy deliveries and transportation schedules
- Communicate with drivers, nursing facilities, and pharmacy staff regarding delivery updates
- Monitor and maintain accurate delivery logs and records
- Assist with inventory tracking and supply coordination
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment of medications and pharmacy supplies
- Help resolve delivery or transportation issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
- Support pharmacy operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous logistics, dispatching, transportation, or healthcare coordination experience preferred
- Pharmacy or long-term care experience is a plus
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and professional attitude required
