10and5 Creative is a small creative agency dedicated to telling the stories of exceptional boutique hotels. Our work is intentional, beautiful, and highly personalized and we need someone who can keep all the moving pieces humming so the creative magic never misses a beat.
The Role
As our Account Project Manager, you are the connective tissue between our clients and our creative team. You will own the client relationship, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure nothing ever falls through the cracks. You'll report directly to the owner and play a role in how this agency runs.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our boutique hotel clients — building trust, managing expectations, and keeping relationships strong.
- Lead and facilitate client meetings with confidence, clarity, and a polished presence.
- Own and maintain our Monday.com workspace — keeping projects, timelines, tasks, and team assignments meticulously organized.
- Create and manage project timelines from kickoff to delivery, proactively flagging risks before they become problems.
- Manage asset organization, approval workflows, and deliverable timelines between creative teams and clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and status reports for clients
- Coordinate internal team workflows, ensuring everyone knows what's needed and when
- Communicate clearly and professionally across email, calls, and meetings — always representing the agency with excellence
- Track project budgets, hours, and deliverables with surgical precision
Qualifications
- 2+ years of account management experience, ideally within a creative, marketing, or hospitality-related agency
- Strong Account Management, Customer Service, and client relationship-building skills
- Hospitality industry knowledge or experience — you understand the world of boutique hotels and the clients who operate them
- Mastery of Monday.com — you don't just use it, you build it out, refine it, and make it work harder
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — every email, deck, and meeting reflects your polish and care
- A hyper detail-oriented mindset — you catch the typo, the missed deadline, and the overlooked deliverable before anyone else does
- Confident presentation skills — you can walk a client through a strategy, a timeline, or a creative brief with ease
- The ability to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously without losing your cool
- A proactive, self-starting attitude — you don't wait to be told, you anticipate and act
- Genuine passion for creative work and an appreciation for beautifully crafted brand storytelling
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous

Reports To: Agency Owner

Pay: 1099 Independent contractor/ $30 an hour; does not include benefits
