Own and maintain our Monday.com workspace — keeping projects, timelines, tasks, and team assignments meticulously organized.
Create and manage project timelines from kickoff to delivery, proactively flagging risks before they become problems.
Manage asset organization, approval workflows, and deliverable timelines between creative teams and clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and status reports for clients
Coordinate internal team workflows, ensuring everyone knows what's needed and when
Communicate clearly and professionally across email, calls, and meetings — always representing the agency with excellence
Track project budgets, hours, and deliverables with surgical precision
