We’re seeking a reliable, hard-working Service Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be a hands-on field professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and communicates effectively with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute Exterior Services: Complete roof cleanings and minor installations.
Perform Specialized Repairs: Execute roof repairs, maintenance, and service work on various roofing systems, gutters, and exterior components.
Ensure Quality Standards: Conduct final inspections and ensure all work meets company standards.
Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate job site notes, track materials used, and record work completed.
Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear communication with customers and internal team members to ensure a smooth experience.
Manage Job Sites: Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Coordinate Production: Work closely with the Production Manager to coordinate daily progress.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong work ethic with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while staying on a strict schedule.
Good communication skills with both customers and team members.
A problem-solving mindset to handle various job site challenges.
Knowledge of roof systems and construction a plus.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check.
Comfortable climbing ladders and working on roofs.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
Professional appearance and communication style.
