Electrical Project Manager / Estimator
We are looking for a Project Manager / Estimator to lead electrical projects. Candidates may come from a background in field work, engineering, or project management. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring accountability, strong communication, and client-facing skills.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate estimates and manage project costs
- Supervise and coordinate field crews to ensure safe, efficient work
- Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally
- Track progress, maintain documentation, and support billing
- Lead, mentor, and hold teams accountable
- Identify and resolve issues proactively
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in electrical project management, estimating, engineering, or field supervision
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30-Hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
