Electrical Project Manager / Estimator

We are looking for a Project Manager / Estimator to lead electrical projects. Candidates may come from a background in field work, engineering, or project management. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring accountability, strong communication, and client-facing skills.

What You’ll Do

Prepare accurate estimates and manage project costs
Supervise and coordinate field crews to ensure safe, efficient work
Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally
Track progress, maintain documentation, and support billing
Lead, mentor, and hold teams accountable
Identify and resolve issues proactively

What We’re Looking For

Experience in electrical project management, estimating, engineering, or field supervision
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
OSHA 30-Hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver’s license

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
