Job Summary
Working under the CEO / Executive Director, under nominal direction, this executive management team position will oversee the NTTA’s customer service and collections, business operations, and information technology departments. The information Technology Department includes tolling and intelligent transportation systems.
Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the United States immediately. This position is not available for H1-B visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes and coordinates the assigned operating functions of NTTA to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved and to ensure the maximum utilization of facilities, equipment, and staff.
- Manages the development, analysis and administration of applicable capital improvement and O&M budgets, evaluates effectiveness of program operations.
- Presents recommendations for revisions, administers assigned projects, monitors progress, reviews and manages consultant contracts, verifies assigned work, and provides information to multiple audiences.
- Manages and monitors strategic plan implementation by working with assigned departments to establish their goals and objectives, ensuring that goals are incorporated into employee performance objectives, collaborating with consultants, and ensuring the optimization of staff.
- Provides executive oversight of the business intelligence and analytics operations and projects spanning multiple operations departments.
- Provides oversight, mentoring and professional development of assigned department directors.
- Provides direction in establishing policies, practices, programs, standards, and goals to ensure the NTTA is positioned to best serve its employees and customers.
- Ensures continuously improving operations from both cost and efficiency perspectives; researching existing, emerging technologies, and recommending those which will further strengthen the NTTA.
- Represents the NTTA with the external parties and developing and presenting information to the Board of Directors, visiting agencies / companies, and other groups.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in: Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Finance, Public Administration, or related field of study.
- At least ten (10) years of management and administrative experience, including four (4) years of executive level management experience.
Preferred
- Master’s degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, Finance, Public Administration, or related field of study.
