We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage receiving, shipping, and inventory tracking activities for materials within a U.S. tariff-avoidance scope at our R&D site.
What You’ll Do:
• Act as the primary point of contact for all receiving and shipping activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date material data in the OneLab database
• Generate and share reports on material status, location, and ownership
• Manage incoming scrap materials and outbound shipments with proper tracking and segregation
• Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, vendors, and logistics partners
• Support audits by providing documentation and process insights
• Oversee material handling activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with established procedures
