Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics & Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day communication between our warehouse, customers, and internal teams. This role is critical in ensuring smooth order processing, timely shipments, and clear communication across all parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily communication between warehouse teams, customers, and internal sales teams
- Track and manage purchase orders from receipt through final delivery
- Ensure accurate and timely shipment scheduling, routing, and documentation
- Work with warehouses to resolve issues related to inventory, packing, labeling, and shipping
- Communicate order status updates, delays, and shipping details to customers
- Handle retailer compliance requirements (routing, labeling, EDI coordination, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues quickly and efficiently
- Maintain organized records of shipments, orders, and communications
- Support process improvements to streamline operations and reduce errors
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or customer coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (must be comfortable working quickly with large datasets, formulas, and order tracking)
- Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems, retailer portals, and platforms simultaneously
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (email + phone)
- Experience working with retailers, warehouses, or fulfillment centers preferred
- Familiarity with EDI systems, routing guides, and shipping processes is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
