Job Title: Supply Chain Associate
Location: Boston, MA
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Compensation: $84.55 - $99.45/hr
Type: Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent
Responsibilities
- Represent the work group to Senior Leadership and CMC Teams by communicating progress against goals.
- Convert Clinical demand into supply requirements for Clinical trials and communicate demand to supporting manufacturing groups.
- Maintain supply/demand tools, plan and execute necessary API manufacturing campaigns and inventory movement to ensure adequate depot levels.
- Manage vendor relationships and support clinical supplies initiatives.
- Attend and lead meetings to communicate milestones and challenges facing current and upcoming projects.
Requirements- Experience in supply chain management, preferably within a clinical or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage inventory, manufacturing campaigns, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Proficiency with supply/demand planning tools and inventory management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
