Concrete Laborer – Civil Construction

We are seeking experienced Concrete Laborers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in civil concrete work, is willing to travel and is ready to contribute to a variety of hands-on projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse civil construction jobs while applying advanced concrete skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of physical labor tasks to support daily construction operations
Assist skilled trades workers with materials, tools, and site preparation
Load, unload, and transport materials, equipment, and supplies
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Prepare and clean job sites, including debris removal and site organization
Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with crew members
Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Complete tasks efficiently to help keep projects on schedule
Adapt to changing job site needs and take on additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Proven experience in concrete work within civil construction
Knowledge of structural concrete, formwork, and rebar installation
Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused

Job Details

Full-time position
Must be flexible willing to travel. Schedule generally 2 weeks working with 5 days off.
40–70 hours per week
Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
