I do all of my own Excavation, sewer tap, meter pit, water whip, fine grade, 100 percent of the framing, sheathing, tyvek, siding, windows, doors, interior and exterior trim, interior and exterior paint, radon, cabinet install, etc. I do not tolerate lazy, I do not tolerate slow, and I do not tolerate phones or downtime. all of my employees and sub contractors have an opportunity at a career in every facet of construction and the opportunity to learn it all, I have multiple projects laid out over the next 5 years and I will continue to need more help.
