Concrete Laborer – Civil Construction
We are seeking experienced Concrete Laborers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in civil concrete work, is willing to travel and is ready to contribute to a variety of hands-on projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse civil construction jobs while applying advanced concrete skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of physical labor tasks to support daily construction operations
- Assist skilled trades workers with materials, tools, and site preparation
- Load, unload, and transport materials, equipment, and supplies
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Prepare and clean job sites, including debris removal and site organization
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with crew members
- Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Complete tasks efficiently to help keep projects on schedule
- Adapt to changing job site needs and take on additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience in concrete work within civil construction
- Knowledge of structural concrete, formwork, and rebar installation
- Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused
Job Details
- Full-time position
- Must be flexible willing to travel. Schedule generally 2 weeks working with 5 days off.
- 40–70 hours per week
- Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
