We’re seeking to connect a Senior Quality & Process Engineer with a leading company in financial technology on a full time basis. The role is in person and located in Roswell, GA. As a Senior Quality & Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to join a passionate, motivated team and leverage your expertise in process optimization, business rules engines, and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate automated workflows
Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into actionable process flows
Evaluate and optimize rule-based decision systems and financial operations
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Conduct process analysis and validation to improve efficiency and accuracy
Support continuous improvement initiatives across operational workflows

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in process engineering, quality engineering, or business analysis
Experience working within financial services or regulated environments
Strong understanding of workflow automation and decision modeling
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
