Program and Logistics Coordinator
Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA (In-person)
Salary: $55,000-$65,000 (Commensurate with experience)
Lavner Education is seeking a detail-oriented Program and Logistics Coordinator to oversee inventory, supply chain execution, and on-site program support.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Supply Chain
- Implement inventory controls, perform regular audits, and establish reorder points.
- Coordinate the packing, shipping, and receiving of all program materials to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
- Ensure material quality checks and proper documentation of inventory movement.
- Execute the strategy developed by the leadership team and senior members to ensure excellent organization, preparation, and quality of the programs.
Program Implementation and Support
- Provide on-site support to address logistical challenges that arise during the summer camp season.
- Manage the transport of supplies, materials, and equipment to and from camp locations.
- Travel to in-state and out-of-state locations as needed for on-site program support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in inventory management and logistics coordination
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide professional on-site leadership and customer service
- Willingness to travel during the summer camp season and other school breaks
- Ability to work on-site daily at our Plymouth Meeting HQ
- Successful completion and clearance of all required background checks
