**Were looking for a candidate with:**
- Bachelors degree in information systems or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible IT leadership
experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging
technologies.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with budgeting, strategic planning, and project
management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
**What Youll Do:**
- Lead and oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure,
systems, and staff.
- Develop and execute strategic IT initiatives aligned with Kootenai
County goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate technology projects and programs.
- Develop and oversee the IT budget, ensuring responsible resource
allocation.
- Guide the Kootenai County technology roadmap and stay ahead of
emerging trends.
- Oversee telecommunications systems and website management.
- Recommend and implement innovative technology solutions.
- Deliver presentations, training, and expert guidance to
stakeholders.
