```Responsibilities```
- Design and oversee the implementation of landscaping projects, including hardscape elements.
- Create detailed plans and illustrations using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
- Develop landscape designs that incorporate client preferences, environmental factors, and sustainability principles.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through completion.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare cost estimates and material specifications for landscape construction projects.
- Utilize project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic presentations.
- Strong knowledge of plant materials, garden design principles, and hardscape construction techniques.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
- Prior experience in landscape architecture or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for project documentation and management.
