Hill International is seeking a Project Manager in Washinton, DC

Hill is seeking to employ a Project Manager with MEP experience for a long-term, phased systems upgrade project in Washington, DC

Responsibilities

Serve as an on-site project manager with total responsibility for specific work packages as assigned
Deliver all aspects of project management as an owner’s representative including quality assurance, change order management, issue resolution, coordination, project controls, and reporting
Work independently, but keep all project stakeholders informed and updated through effective and timely communication

Qualifications

A minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience, some of which must include HVAC systems work
Professional registration as a PE, CCM, or PMP is preferred
Must be available to work full time onsite in Washington, DC
Strong communication skills and an ability to coordinate between the contractor(s) and multiple client teams

The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $134,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
