THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a full-time B2B outside sales role covering the entire state of Rhode Island. You’ll build and own your territory while representing a high-trust, consultative service that solves urgent, real-world problems for commercial partners dealing with property damage. This is a relationship-driven sales role, not high-pressure selling. You’ll be supported by proven sales processes, CRM systems, marketing programs, and dedicated sales leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build and develop a B2B referral network throughout your territory
Identify and engage referral partners such as: Property Managers, Insurance Agents & Adjusters, Plumbers and Mechanical Contractors, Facility Managers
Conduct discovery meetings and consultative sales conversations
Present restoration services and company differentiators clearly and confidently
Network throughout the territory to develop long-term referral relationships
Track activity, pipeline, and opportunities in CRM
Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent customer outcomes
Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals
Contribute directly to company revenue growth

WHO SUCCEEDS IN THIS ROLE

Successful candidates typically have:

2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
Comfort building a territory from the ground up
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Coachability and willingness to follow proven sales processes
Strong organization and CRM discipline
Motivation to grow income and build a long-term career

Experience selling to property managers, insurance professionals, contractors, or facility managers is a plus but not required.

TERRITORY

This position covers the entire state of Rhode Island, including:

West Warwick, Providence, Warwick, Cranston, Pawtucket, Newport, and surrounding Rhode Island markets

Candidates should reside within reasonable driving distance of the territory.
