Position Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential roofing projects from start to finish. This role ensures each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to HammerHead Roofing’s high standards. The Project Manager serves as the main point of contact for customers during installation, supervises subcontractor crews, manages materials, and ensures all company policies and safety procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of assigned roofing projects, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship
- Act as the on-site customer point of contact — provide updates, answer questions, and maintain a professional, friendly presence
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractor crews to ensure proper installation and adherence to company standards
- Conduct pre-job walkthroughs, morning briefings, and end-of-day inspections
- Ensure job sites are kept clean, safe, and organized at all times
- Handle material orders, deliveries, and returns
- Tow dump trailers and manage debris removal logistics
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Communicate with the office team daily on progress, issues, and completion photos
- Assist in training new crews on HammerHead Roofing standards and techniques
- Monitor labor and material usage to help control costs and increase efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of roofing or construction management experience (roofing experience strongly preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to tow dump trailers and operate standard construction tools/equipment
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
