About the Role
PITCH SPORTS is seeking experienced Transport Managers to support VIP hospitality operations during the FIFA World Cup 2026.
You will oversee end-to-end transportation delivery for high-profile guests, ensuring seamless, safe, and efficient movement across all program touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Manage transport operations across planning phase, training, match days, and official events
Plan routing, scheduling, and vehicle allocation across the host city
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, hotels, venues, and internal teams
Monitor live operations and resolve issues in real time
Implement contingency plans for traffic, weather, or security disruptions
Lead on-site teams and ensure clear stakeholder communication
Maintain compliance with FIFA standards and local regulations
Deliver a high level of service to VIP guests and partners
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Experience managing transport for major sports or large-scale live events
Strong knowledge of transport logistics and routing in the NY area and Boston
Proven ability to coordinate teams, fleets, and multiple stakeholders
Strong decision-making skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Professional, client-facing approach with VIP experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
