We are partnering with a local enterprise-level organization seeking a talented Product Analyst to help translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive product optimization and business performance.
In this role, you’ll analyze and connect data from multiple sources to uncover trends, identify key performance drivers, and quantify business impact. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Merchandising, and other cross‑functional teams to define success metrics, support experimentation, and deliver insights through clear, structured storytelling and practical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product and business performance using Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and related tools to support product initiatives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, identify drivers of performance, quantify impact, and deliver actionable, business-aligned recommendations.
- Design, build, and maintain KPI-driven dashboards and custom reports by integrating multiple data sources and complex queries for varied audiences.
- Partner with product teams to define success metrics, product health indicators, and KPI strategies, ensuring consistent definitions and measurement standards.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation by collaborating on test design and measurement plans, monitoring results, and clearly communicating outcomes and business impact.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in analytics or insights roles, ideally within digital, product, or business analytics environments.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Power BI (or comparable BI tools), including dashboard and report development.
- Strong background in trend and driver analysis with the ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Proven ability to connect analytical findings to business outcomes and optimization opportunities.
- Experience building KPI-focused dashboards and presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working with complex datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a knack for clear, structured insight storytelling.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
