Job Description

As the Assistant Project Manager, you will support a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost control from preconstruction through closeout
Support subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and scope coordination
Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control
Coordinate with field teams to ensure alignment between schedule, budget, and site activities
Participate in client meetings and internal project reviews
Support compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures
Contribute to project reporting, forecasting, and closeout documentation

The Successful Applicant

For the Assistant Project Manager role we are seeking:

1-4 years of experience in commercial construction (general contractor preferred)
Exposure to ground-up or large-scale renovation projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Working knowledge of construction documents and project controls
Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar)
Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
Desire to grow into a Project Manager role long term
