We at Coforge are seeking “Salesforce Project Coordinator” with the following skill set:
Project Support & Coordination
- Coordinates with product owner and project team to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications.
- Under minimal supervision, acts as a liaison between the technology and business groups in the development of CRM and enhancement of existing systems.
Stakeholder Communication
- Communicates the business case to project team to assist with decision making and prioritization; keeps business case at fore-front to drive decisions.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting notes.
- Communicate project updates and escalate issues when needed with technology/business stakeholders and Senior Leadership on project status, issues and risks.
Documentation & Reporting
- Monitors processes and procedures to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives, recommending improvements and strategies.
- Monitors overall workflow to ensure timely completion of projects and daily work requirements.
- Provide regular visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.).
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Work with Dev and testing teams to explain requirements, do sanity checks and review test cases.
- Provide acceptance criteria for stories and defects.
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study or in lieu of degree.
- Experience: 2–4 years in project coordination or project management, ideally in IT or CRM environments
- Experience with Salesforce implementations, integrations, or enhancements is a strong plus.
