- Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope.
- Lead teams, manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate risks, and use tools to track progress from inception to delivery.
- Key skills include communication, leadership, risk management, and budgeting.
- A Product Owner (PO) bridges product strategy and development, acting as the key stakeholder in liaison to maximize product value.
- Core responsibilities include managing the product backlog, defining the product vision, prioritizing user stories, and ensuring the team builds the highest-value features Ability to work directly for Business Leadership and engage with business stakeholders and leadership.
- Experience with "Customers/Sales Group" business group and Salesforce stack is a plus.
