Job Summary
The Production Project Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end creative production for multiple marketing projects across international markets. This role partners closely with creative teams, marketing stakeholders, and external vendors to define project scope, develop timelines, manage resources, and ensure successful delivery. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and expertise in creative project management within the media or entertainment industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of global creative production projects, including planning, execution, delivery, and wrap-up
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget considerations
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and offshore vendors to ensure timely project completion
- Track project progress using project management tools and provide regular status updates
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate risks, issues, and roadblocks as needed
- Maintain and distribute project documentation, including creative briefs, timelines, and status reports
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align projects with business goals and performance metrics
- Review project plans and deliverables to ensure alignment with scope, budget, and quality standards
- Manage vendor processes, including documentation, contracts, and invoicing
- Continuously improve workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative project management within media or entertainment industries
- Experience managing projects across video, photography, print, digital, email, or web design
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute projects methodically
- Experience working in a creative or marketing environment
- Proficiency with Airtable, including tables, automations, syncs, and interfaces
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Experience working with international teams is preferred
