Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and construction crews
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Manage project budget and expenses
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team of subcontractors and construction crews
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
