DRILLING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
This event is NOT entry-level.
Qualified candidates must have prior drilling rig experience, such as:
- Floorhand, Derrickhand, or Motorhand experience
- Land drilling rig operations (mechanical or AC rigs)
- Experience with drilling equipment, rig floor operations, and wellsite procedures
Candidates must be:
- Safety-focused and compliant with drilling safety standards
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of demanding rig work
- Team-oriented and dependable
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform drilling operations in accordance with Nabors and client procedures
- Safely execute rig floor activities and tripping operations
- Assist with drilling, circulation, and equipment maintenance
- Follow all safety, HSE, and operational protocols
- Work closely with the driller and rig crew to maintain efficient operations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous drilling rig experience required
- Knowledge of drilling operations and rig equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Familiarity with OSHA and oilfield safety requirements
- Ability to work rotating shifts and extended hours
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, not required)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.86 - $39.40 per hour
Expected hours: 87.5 per week
