Position Description
You will serve as an Interdisciplinary Engineer/Scientist in the Airborne Systems Integration Division of NAWCAD WEBSTER OUTLYING FIELD. ***This position has a control point of GS-14 Step 10. If selected, your salary will be set according to the established control points of this position which is $143,913 - $187,093.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will provide the design, assembly, installation and sustainment of airborne mission systems and advanced technology demonstrations for manned and unmanned platforms.
- You will be responsible for the advancement and integration of new technologies across the Naval Air Enterprise.
- You will identify and solve a wide variety of complex engineering and computational problems involving multiple competing objectives, variables, and constraints.
- You will deliver optimized technical solutions that are balanced to achieve required technical performance within cost, schedule and technology constraints.
