About the Company
Orchestrate the Future of Returns. Imagine solving an $850 billion problem. While most operations leaders manage a single building, this role is designed for a leader who can orchestrate a national network. We are building a fully integrated, technology-enabled reverse logistics and ReCommerce platform that unifies distribution, refurbishment, and recovery analytics into one scalable system. This is not a traditional supply chain role. It sits at the critical intersection of:
- Distribution & eCommerce fulfillment
- Refurbishment & light manufacturing
- Reverse logistics & recovery optimization
- Technology-enabled process control
We are transforming a segment historically treated as a cost center into a powerful recovery engine. If you are looking for maintenance over transformation, this role is not for you.
