We are looking for an experienced Logistics Analyst to join our team in North Miami, Florida. In this Contract to permanent position, you will oversee logistics operations, manage compliance processes, and ensure seamless coordination of shipments and orders. This role requires someone who is detail oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee domestic and international order processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate logistics for shipments, including product samples and PS shipments, while tracking delivery schedules.
• Maintain detailed records of logistics activities and order statuses to support operational transparency.
• Provide prompt updates to customers and resolve any order or shipping concerns.
• Generate detailed logistics and shipment reports for the accounting team.
• Ensure orders and shipments comply with regulatory requirements by reviewing data and preparing compliance documentation.
• Update and maintain the ShipCompliant system, including product registrations and record management.
• Prepare and submit monthly compliance reports for Florida regulatory agencies.
• Verify shipment compliance standards prior to processing to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
• Proven experience in logistics operations, order processing, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with compliance reporting systems such as ShipCompliant is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Enterprise tools for reporting and communication.
• Excellent communication skills to address customer concerns and collaborate with teams.
• Knowledge of global logistics processes and distribution coordination.
• Ability to work independently and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
