We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive individual to manage diverse responsibilities, including application oversight, vendor relations, and business communication. The ideal candidate will possess a balanced combination of technical insight and business-facing acumen, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day application oversight and ensure functionality across platforms such as Salesforce, Juniper, and NetSuite.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party application managers to address operational needs.
• Facilitate communication between business teams and technical teams to bridge gaps and align priorities.
• Perform quarterly audits and assist with break/fix troubleshooting tasks.
• Address Zendesk tickets weekly, with an average volume of 10–15 tickets.
• Handle license provisioning and support ongoing BI/reporting implementations.
• Assist with periodic application reviews and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Provide light project management oversight, collaborating with entry level PMs on tracking and tactical tasks.
• Adapt quickly to reduced team capacity and manage a wide range of responsibilities effectively.
• Work on-site four days a week in a hybrid environment, ensuring hands-on support and coordination.
• Proven experience in project coordination with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with business applications such as Salesforce, Juniper, and NetSuite.
• Knowledge of Zendesk or similar ticketing systems is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to ramp up quickly across various responsibilities.
• Comfort in a business-facing role, bridging technical and operational needs.
• Understanding of business operations and processes with a balanced technical-business perspective.
• Experience collaborating with vendors and managing third-party relationships.
• Ability to adapt to company culture and navigate internal processes effectively.
