Positions Available
- Paving Foreman: Lead and manage our paving crews to ensure projects are completed on time and meet our high-quality standards.
- Rake/Lute Person: Expertly handle rakes and lutes to create smooth and even pavement surfaces.
- Roller Operator: Operate rollers to compact asphalt and achieve that perfect density.
- Tamp Shoes/Plate Compactor Operator: Compact asphalt in tight areas and around structures.
- Grading Tech: Establish rough grades and prep base materials with our skid steers and graders.
- Experienced Laborers: Assist with shoveling, raking, and equipment operation across various tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in paving and or excavation operations.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
- A commitment to safety and quality – we take pride in our work.
- A team-oriented individual who is committed to getting the job done together.
